The Robot
The robot was designed to take all aspects of the competition into account. The slanted front is for collecting ducks and putting them in the container. This container holds all the objects that the machine will collect. The machine has three arm joints which are controlled by a motor, another motor, and a servo respectively. The claw uses two servos, one for turning the gripper and another for gripping. The base of the arm uses a rotating platform commonly known as a "lazy susan" to rotate the arm. On the top of the machine are wheels which allows it to move linearly. These wheels are controlled by one motor.
